Enforcement List Screening for Trust Companies and Registered Agents
Watchtower screens every person and company you act for against the Watchtower Enforcement Database, which holds 10 official lists of people and companies that an authority has excluded, debarred, banned, restricted or declared wanted. Enforcement screening is included in every plan. Plans start at $195 a month.

The Lists
Watchtower downloads each list from the authority that publishes it and matches your parties on our own systems. The names you screen go to no outside screening service. Your dashboard shows each list with the date it was last updated.
- List of Excluded Individuals and Entities (Office of Inspector General, Department of Health and Human Services)
- SAM.gov Exclusions (General Services Administration)
- Denied Persons List (Bureau of Industry and Security, Department of Commerce)
- Entity List (Bureau of Industry and Security, Department of Commerce)
- Unverified List (Bureau of Industry and Security, Department of Commerce)
- Military End User List (Bureau of Industry and Security, Department of Commerce)
- ITAR Debarred Parties (Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, Department of State)
- Nonproliferation Sanctions (Department of State)
- Wanted List (Federal Bureau of Investigation)
- Banned and Disqualified Persons (Australian Securities and Investments Commission)

Names and Results
Watchtower screens each person and each company by name, including any former names and aliases you hold for it. Each party receives an enforcement result of Clear, Review or Match beside its sanctions result.
Clear means no list returned a match. Review means a name matched, or is close in spelling to a listed name, and your compliance officer should look at it. Match means the name and the year of birth both matched. An entry that carries no date of birth returns Review when the name matches.
The Review Queue
A Review or a Match goes to the review queue, which shows your party beside the list entry, the authority that published it and the reference the authority gave it. Your compliance officer records the decision and the reason for it, and Watchtower prints both on the certificate.

Certificates
The certificate for each party states the enforcement result with the date and time of the screening, and its closing pages name every list the screening was run against.
Coverage
The Enforcement Database holds the lists named on this page. The lists of other authorities are outside its coverage, as are news and other adverse media.
