You receive a certificate each time Watchtower screens a party. It states the date and time, the sources and the result, for your file and your regulator.

Contents of the Certificate

The certificate names the party screened and states the date and time of the screening, the sanctions result, the PEP result and the lists the screening was run against. Lighthouse attests that the screening was run on that date against those sources and that it returned that result.

Review Decisions

A certificate for a Review or a Match has a Decision section. Once your compliance officer records a decision, the certificate shows the decision, the name of the person who made it, the date and time, and the reason in full. The certificate records the decision as your firm's own.

Locked and Signed Documents

Every certificate and report is a PDF file that is locked against editing and digitally signed by Watchtower by Lighthouse. Anyone who receives one can confirm that it is unchanged since it was issued.

Reports

You receive one report for each screening run that covers every party screened in it. You can download it as a signed PDF file and as a spreadsheet that lists every party with its result.

A single check of one name costs $3 and requires no account. Watchtower sends the certificate to you by email.

Pricing

Starter covers up to 500 parties for $195 a month. Firm covers up to 2,000 parties for $395 a month. Institution covers up to 10,000 parties for $795 a month. Every plan includes sanctions screening, PEP screening, certificates and reports.
