Watchtower screens every party on your books again every day, every week or every month, and on any further dates you pick. Plans start at $195 a month.
The Schedule
Your administrator chooses daily, weekly or monthly screening and the day of the week or the day of the month on which it runs. You can add up to 60 further dates up to a year ahead, and you can screen every party at once whenever you need to. Your fee is set by the number of parties you monitor and is the same for every schedule.
Reports
After each scheduled screening your administrators receive an email with the number of parties that were Clear, Review and Match. You also receive one report for each run that covers every party screened in it, as a signed PDF file and as a spreadsheet, for your file and your regulator.
Changes to a Party
Watchtower screens a party on the day you add it and screens it again whenever you change its name, date of birth or nationality.
Standing Decisions
When your compliance officer decides that a list entry is a different person, Watchtower stops raising that entry against that party. Later certificates state that the entry was reviewed and ruled out and give the name of the reviewer and the date. Your compliance officer can reopen a decision at any time, and Watchtower then screens the party again at once.
List Dates
Your dashboard shows each sanctions list with the date it was last updated. Every certificate names the lists it was run against.
Pricing
Starter covers up to 500 parties for $195 a month. Firm covers up to 2,000 parties for $395 a month. Institution covers up to 10,000 parties for $795 a month. Every plan includes sanctions screening, PEP screening, certificates and reports.
