The Roster
The roster holds current and former holders of public office, who are known as politically exposed persons or PEPs, in 121 countries and territories, the European Union institutions and the principal international organisations. The roster also holds the family members of an office holder whom the public record names. Close associates of an office holder are outside its coverage.

Names and Results
Watchtower screens each person by name, including any former names and aliases you hold, and by year of birth. Match means the name and the year of birth both matched. Review means the name matched, or is close in spelling to the name of an office holder, and your compliance officer should look at it. A date of birth on each party makes its results more reliable.
Watchtower screens people against the roster and the sanctions lists, and screens entities against the sanctions lists.
Common Names
An office holder who has held several offices appears once in the review queue with every office listed. A party with a common name can match several office holders. The review queue shows the office holders whose year of birth matches first, and your compliance officer rules on all of them in one decision.
Certificates
The certificate for a person carries a sanctions result and a PEP result with the date and time of the screening and the sources of each. When your compliance officer decides that an office holder is a different person, the certificate shows the decision, the name of the person who made it, the date and the reason.
Pricing
Starter covers up to 500 parties for $195 a month. Firm covers up to 2,000 parties for $395 a month. Institution covers up to 10,000 parties for $795 a month. Every plan includes sanctions screening, PEP screening, certificates and reports.
