This notice explains what information Lighthouse Services USA, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its office at 30 North Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801 (“Lighthouse”), holds in connection with Watchtower by Lighthouse (the “Service”) and the website at watchtowerkyc.com, and what Lighthouse does with it. This notice is effective January 1, 2026.
1. Information Lighthouse Holds. Lighthouse holds five kinds of information:
2. How Lighthouse Uses It. Lighthouse uses account information to open and run the subscriber’s account, to send certificates, reports, invoices and notices about the Service, and to answer questions. Lighthouse uses single check information to run that check and to send the certificate to the buyer. Lighthouse uses payment information to bill the subscription or the single check. Lighthouse uses website information to keep the website working and secure.
3. Screened Party Information. Lighthouse uses Screened Party information for one purpose, which is to run the screening the subscriber has ordered and to issue the resulting certificates and reports to that subscriber. Lighthouse holds it apart from the records of every Lighthouse company’s own clients and does not use it to approach or to serve any Screened Party. The subscriber decides whose details are submitted and is responsible for its own notices to those persons. A person who believes a subscriber has submitted his or her details should write to that subscriber, and Lighthouse will pass any request it receives to the subscriber concerned.
4. Who Receives It. Lighthouse shares information with the companies that host the Service, deliver its email and process its payments, each of which may use it only to provide that service to Lighthouse. Lighthouse Processing, LLC, an affiliate of Lighthouse, collects card payments for Lighthouse through Stripe. Lighthouse discloses information where a law, court order or regulator requires it. Lighthouse does not sell information and does not share it for advertising.
5. Where It Is Held. The Service is hosted in the United States, and information submitted to it is held there.
6. How Long Lighthouse Keeps It. Lighthouse keeps a subscriber’s information for as long as the subscription runs and deletes it ninety (90) days after the subscription ends, or earlier on the subscriber’s written request. Lighthouse keeps billing records, and anything else the law requires it to keep, for the period the law requires. Lighthouse keeps single check information for ninety (90) days after payment and then deletes it, and it deletes the details of a single check that is not paid for after one day.
7. Security. Lighthouse maintains administrative and technical safeguards for the information it holds and tells the subscriber without undue delay if it learns of unauthorized access to the subscriber’s information.
8. Cookies. The website uses the cookies needed to keep a subscriber signed in and to complete an order. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page. The website carries no advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Requests. A subscriber, or a person named on a subscriber’s account, may ask Lighthouse for a copy of the account information it holds, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to support@watchtowerkyc.com. Lighthouse answers within thirty (30) days.
10. Changes and Contact. Lighthouse posts any change to this notice at watchtowerkyc.com and tells subscribers by email before a material change takes effect. Questions about this notice go to support@watchtowerkyc.com or to Lighthouse Services USA, LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801.
